NØRA Digital Purchase Terms: Refunds, Returns & Access
Quick Definition
NØRA sells digital-only business tools for spa and beauty operators—courses, guides, templates, planning resources, and operational toolkits. When you purchase, you’re buying digital access to content, not a physical product.
1) What You Receive
Delivery is electronic only. No shipping, no printed materials, no physical returns.
Your order may be delivered through:

a secure download link
-
a customer portal/library area
-
both of the above, depending on the product
Files may include formats such as PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and other editable file types listed on the product page.
2) “Delivered” Means Access Is Issued
A product is treated as delivered as soon as it becomes available to you. That can include:

the download link being generated
-
the portal access being unlocked
-
the content being available to open, view, or download
Once this happens, the purchase is considered completed.
3) Returns & Cancellations
Because digital items cannot be physically returned or reliably “un-sent,” NØRA does not offer:

returns
-
exchanges
-
cancellations after checkout
-
“trial periods” after access is granted
4) Refund Rules
Refunds are not available once a product has been accessed, downloaded, opened, or saved.
Refund requests are reviewed only when the issue is verifiable and falls into one of these categories:
A) Duplicate Order

the same product was purchased more than once by mistake (verification required)
B) File Integrity Failure

the file is corrupted/unusable and cannot be opened in a standard supported environment

the issue remains after we attempt reasonable troubleshooting or replacement delivery
C) Delivery Failure on Our Side

access cannot be provided due to a confirmed NØRA platform issue

we are unable to restore access through support steps
When possible, we resolve problems through re-delivery or access restoration first rather than refunds.
5) What Doesn’t Qualify
Refunds aren’t issued for:

change of mind

buying the wrong item

not reading the product page fully

lack of skill/experience using the materials
-
compatibility issues with your own device/software/internet

partial completion or partial use
-
dissatisfaction with business outcomes or results
6) Your Responsibility After Purchase
After delivery, you are responsible for:

downloading your files

saving them securely
-
backing them up
NØRA is not responsible for loss caused by deletion, device failure, or personal storage issues after successful delivery. (If re-delivery is possible, we may assist at our discretion.)
7) Updates & Revisions
Some resources may be improved over time. Your purchase includes access to the version available at the time of purchase. Future updates are only included when the product page explicitly states they are.
8) Acceptance + Policy Changes
By purchasing from NØRA, you confirm you understand these are digital products and agree to this policy. NØRA may update these terms at any time, and changes take effect immediately once posted on the website.
